Panache success stories!

An athlete relatively new to cycling, but finding his legs nicely - the fitness keeps improving. The training goals are around becoming a punchier rider - to not just survive, but start to thrive in those brutal ZRL races on Zwift. A great indication here how trainable peak power is, quick gains possible, largely from better coordination of the effort. That better coordination means however sprint efforts performed at a higher power each time - and that solidifies the improvements nicely. More to come from this athlete!

This one is a little different to the first success story. This rider is very experienced, he’s been racing for thirty years! This rider is now trying to lessen the decline that can occur post 50 years of age - and is starting to wind back the clock! Longer term goals here, gravel racing a new passion, and now that the duck has been broken, no barriers on seeking another Australian title at some stage soon!

Testing, testing, is there anything useful there?
